A: We send out stickers with every online purchase!

A: Yes. We ship worldwide and your appropriate shipping rate is calculated at checkout. However if your country is not one that we have shipped to before, we will have to add it to our list of acceptable countries. If you need us to do this, please send a quick e-mail to info(at)akinz.com

A: All of our winter hats are handmade in house, therefore we do not have a big supply laying around like other lines. We try to get your order out by the next day if possible, but if your order is marked as on backorder, please allow up to 2 weeks to ship for any handmade beanie orders.

A: The majority of our t-shirts are a super soft tri-blend material and are vintage soft t-shirts that you’ll want to wear all day and night. If the material is different or even if it’s not, we’ll always disclose that info in the product description.

A: We gladly accept all major credit cards and Paypal

A: This store uses Square Payments and Paypal to receive payments, depending on which way you choose to checkout. We also use an SSL certificate that ensures that the information entered on our site is secure.

A: We ship from Fort Collins, Colorado thru USPS.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be stoked on your new Akinz gear. So, if you’re not happy, please return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or store credit. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. (Deadline is judged by the return shipping postmark on your return package). We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

Download and fill out our Return Form and include it with the item(s) in your return shipment. Send your return shipment back to us at 15 Old Town Square Ste #132, Fort Collins, CO 80524.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Once received, we will process your return and ship your exchanged items back to you within 7 days. If you are requesting a refund or credit, you will be refunded or receive an email with an online credit for the amount of the item (shipping costs are non-refundable).

If you are exchanging your item for something of equal value, then we will do a simple item for item exchange and ship it directly back to you. If the items you are requesting are more than the original value of your order, please fill in the credit card section on the form and we will charge you upon shipping your new items.

If you receive your shipment and it is somehow damaged, please notify us immediately. We are happy to refund or exchange return shipping costs on damaged items and replace the item right away if returned within 15 days of purchase.
