Shipping & Delivery

Handmade knits are sometimes made to order depending on time of year. Please check the description on the product page for details & allow up to 5 days to ship your order if you have hand knit items.
Our Standard & FREE shipping is domestic ground. If you need it faster, we recommend upgrading to Priority.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days. -
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders within the US of $75 or more.

Returns & Refunds

Akinz Return Policy:
We want you to be stoked on your new Akinz gear. So, if you’re not happy, please return your item(s) within 30 days of original purchase for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: All items sent back for return or exchange must be in the original & re-sellable condition, meaning it is unwashed / unworn w/ original tags and has not been soiled or altered to be considered for a refund. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. Sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned. Akinz will cover return and replacement shipping costs for exchanges. Cost of return shipping label for returns will be deducted from refund total.
How do I return my item?
Access your order via our accounts center to request a return. Send your return shipment back to us using the provided label at 15 Old Town Square Ste #132, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
PLEASE NOTE: All items sent back for return or exchange must be in the original condition you received them, unwashed / unworn w/ original tags to be considered for a refund.
Once received, we will process your return and ship your exchanged items back to you within 7 days. If you are requesting a refund or credit, you will be refunded or receive an email with an online credit for the amount of the item (shipping costs are non-refundable).
How do you process exchanges?
If you are exchanging your item for something of equal value, then we will do a simple item for item exchange and ship it directly back to you. If the items you are requesting are more than the original value of your order, you will be required to pay the difference before we ship the new item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive your shipment and it is somehow damaged, please notify us immediately. We are happy to refund or exchange return shipping costs on damaged items and replace the item right away if returned within 15 days of purchase.
